Secondly we develope an IT solution for the client.
When developing a solution we take into account factors such as what the client wants to achieve in regards to the size they want their business to grow to. The speed at what they want to get to that point. The skills in place in their organisation. The IT hardware that they have and lastly their budget allocated to this project.
Thirdly we implement the IT solution.
This is done by giving the client a step by step roll out plan so that he will be prepared for the impact of the IT solution.
Lastly we put in place a monitoring system.
The monitoring system is the most important part of the entire process because without this the client can not be in control of the process.
